Operational/Commercial Business Permit

After obtaining a business license, business actors must first fulfill commitments to obtain operational licenses or commercial licenses. The forms of commitment are divided into two, namely fulfillment of commitments and based on commitments. Fulfillment of commitments is regulated in Article 32 and Article 39 PP No.24/2018. Operational/Commercial Permit that applies to KPBPB Batam:

• Region Business Permit
• Registered Importer
• Importers manufacturer
• Recommendation

Application for Approval/Expenditure contained in the IOK, including:

• Temporary Entry of Goods
• Entry of Consumer Goods
• Import Approval
• Temporary Expenses
• Export Approval

There are several types of KPBPB Batam Business Permits, including:

• Outside the Customs Area (LDP)
• Other Places Within the Customs Area (TLDDP)
• Cooperation Contract Contractor (K3S)
• Temporary For Certain Purposes (SUKT)
• Logistics

As for the grouping of Goods for Operational/Commercial Business Permits, they include:

• Live animals and animal products
• Vegetable products
• Animal fats and oils
• Foodstuffs, alcoholic beverages and vinegar, tobacco and tobacco substitutes in Manufacturing
• Mineral products
• Products of the chemical industry and related industrial products
• Plastics and goods thereof and rubber thereof, saddlery and harness, goods for travel, and handbags (goods made from animal intestines)
• Wood and articles of wood, wood charcoal, cork and articles of cork, articles of straw, articles of esparto grass or other plaiting materials
• Textiles and textile goods
• Footwear, headgear, parasols, hot parasols, walking sticks, whips, whips and other parts
• Articles of stone, cement, plaster, asbestos, mica or similar materials
• Natural or cultured pearls, imitation jewelry, and metals
• Base metal
• Machinery and mechanical equipment and electronic equipment, Sound recorders and reproductions, accessories thereof
